Cantley (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Cantley, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,486 living in private households. 3.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 0.9%. 92.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.4% reported Indigenous identity.
