Faircrest Heights (south) is a neighbourhood of Ottawa, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,014 living in private households. 21.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 6.7%. 77.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 22.5% of the population, compared with 21.4% citywide. Median household income before tax was $164,000 in 2020, compared with $98,000 for Ottawa-Gatineau. 12.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.57 km², giving a population density of 1,565 people per square kilometre (Ottawa-Gatineau averages about 174).
