Mountain View (west-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Gatineau, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,235 living in private households. 44.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 29.8%. 51.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 31.6% of the population, compared with 21.4% citywide.
