Ottawa (east) is a neighbourhood of Ottawa, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,589 living in private households. 5.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was Arab at 1.4%. 91.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.0% reported Indigenous identity.
