Oxford Mills is a neighbourhood of North Grenville, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 17,964 living in private households. 3.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 0.8%. 93.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.8% reported Indigenous identity.
