Rothwell Heights is a neighbourhood of Ottawa, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,643 living in private households. 30.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 12.7%. 69.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity.
