Viscount Alexander Park is a neighbourhood of Ottawa, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,158 living in private households. 41.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 19.3%. 55.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 31.6% of the population, compared with 21.4% citywide. Median household income before tax was $82,000 in 2020, compared with $98,000 for Ottawa-Gatineau. 54.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.83 km², giving a population density of 3,364 people per square kilometre (Ottawa-Gatineau averages about 174).
