Barrhaven (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Ottawa, in Ottawa-Gatineau. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,781 living in private households. 59.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 19.6%. 38.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.8% reported Indigenous identity.
