At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,947 living in private households. 25.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 26.4% across Ottawa-Gatineau as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 10.9%. 69.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.3% reported Indigenous identity.
